NorthBeauty Returns & Warranty

northbeauty manufactures within Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Every device is subjected to rigorous design, manufacture, inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our exact specifications.

If you are not completely satisfied with your northbeauty product, please follow our warranty & return policy below.


Returns & Refund Policy

northbeauty devices and skincare products may be returned within 60 days of purchase. Please note that all accessories and items marked as final sale are non-refundable, unless received damaged. Gift cards are also final sale and not eligible for return.

If you received your product damaged during shipping, please save the damaged box and product(s) and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We are only able to issue refunds for northbeauty products purchased directly from northbeauty.nl. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

For all refunds and returns, proof of purchase is required.

In addition to our return policy, EU consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product (herroepingsrecht).


Warranty Policy

Every new northbeauty device sold includes a 60-day money-back guarantee and a two (2) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product.

This warranty is void if the product has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair, or unauthorized modification.

Please note there is no guarantee that replacement devices will be the same color as originally purchased. Replacements are subject to availability.


Cancellation Policy

After you place an order, you are able to change or cancel your order within 59 minutes of placing it. You can do so by contacting us immediately at info@northbeauty.nl. After this period, your order may already be processed for shipment.


Initiate a Return or Warranty Replacement

STEP 1 — Confirm Eligibility

Check your date of purchase. Every northbeauty device sold includes a 60-day money-back guarantee and a two (2) year warranty. If your device was purchased outside these timelines, you may not be eligible.

STEP 2 — Ship Your Return

Contact us at info@northbeauty.nl to receive your return instructions. Returns are shipped via:

  • Netherlands: PostNL
  • Belgium: bpost

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the product was received damaged or defective.

STEP 3 — Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or replacement within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
